I thought it may be of interest to list the type of activities I undertake which are non paying public engagements ie those in addition to my paying clients and teaching work which I offer for free. I believe these are important when building up knowledge and experience of working in a wide variety of venues and situations where the luxury of a warm candle lit therapy room is not available! I offer many of these sessions throughout the year and thoroughly enjoy meeting a vast range of people many of whom have never had the opportunity to experience even the most basic mind or body therapy. Even though these are often only 10-15 minute tasters best practice is to still use consultation forms - an example of which is found on the FHT website at:

 There are many opportunities for therapists to offer such sessions - but you may need to be proactive rather than expect people to ask you. NB Some of the engagements may be confidential in nature and as such I may just offer a generic title. The number in brackets is the number of people seen
